Golden State Manufactured Homeowners League (GSMOL)

Golden State Manufactured Homeowners League (GSMOL) is a state-wide nonprofit homeowner advocacy organization, dedicated to protecting the rights and quality of life of manufactured home owners.  GSMOL educates home owners on their rights, solves problems for manufactured home communities throughout California, and supports legislative efforts, including improving the Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL).  GSMOL also publishes a bi-monthly magazine, The Californian, with up to date articles of interest, including a regular column by Bruce Stanton, GSMOL Corporate Attorney.  All of the Legislative updates which SLOMAP and other regional groups send out to mobilehome residents are provided by the GSMOL Lobbyist, Brian Augusta, and his team.  GSMOL is the only mobilehome residents’ organization which has a PAID lobbyist in Sacramento; your dues help pay for him!
